Sandwich Board & Portable Table Application

Terms & Conditions:

1. Sandwich Board & Portable Table rentals are free to ratified student groups
2. A maximum of 10 Sandwich Boards is allotted per booking & 1 Portable Table per booking
3. Sandwich Boards, Portable Tables cannot be booked for more than 5 days at a time.
4. Posters must be affixed to the Sandwich Boards with masking tape.
5. It is the responsibility of the ratified group and its members to pick up and return sandwich boards and/or the portable table to the USSU. The USSU staff is not responsible for picking up the dispersed boards and table from around campus.
6. Sandwich Boards/Table must be returned by 4:00pm on the last day of the booking.
7. Bookings are not permitted for the promotion of a third party, or on behalf of a third party.
8. Appropriate decorum must be observed at all times with the advertisement materials. Offensive materials will not be tolerated. Respect for divergent points of view is expected at all times.
9. Clubs/Groups will be held responsible for any damaged or lost sandwich boards, two-wheelers, or tables.

*Replacement Costs:

• $185.00 per Sandwich Board
• $100 per Two-Wheeler
• $80 per Table

Bookings will be subject to cancellation if any of the above terms or conditions are not upheld.
